Full Itinerary:
Board the bus and head to Cape Jervis
Meet your guide for the next 2 days during the pick-ups from selected Adelaide Hotels between 6.30-
6.45am. Enjoy expert commentary on route as we head to Cape Jervis for the 45 mins ferry crossing to
Kangaroo Island.
Head over to Kangaroo Island
Once on the ferry enjoy a toasted sandwich and a coffee from the Ferry kiosk (own cost) and then
choose either a comfy chair by the window or take the stairs to the top deck and feel the wind in your
hair as you enjoy spectacular views. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of playful dolphins
riding in the bow of the ferry. Get excited as we approach Kangaroo Island.
Arrive at Penneshaw
Situated on the northeast coast of Kangaroo Island, Penneshaw greets visitors arriving by ferry with its
tranquil coastline, rolling hills, and charming streets. As you hop on your Kangaroo Island coaster the
tour group embarks on a scenic drive through Penneshaw.
While we won’t be stopping this time, the picturesque seaside town offers plenty to admire and some
wonderful eateries to note for our return visit. This quick drive will highlight Penneshaw’s natural beauty,
cultural gems, and tantalising food options, making it a memorable part of your journey.
Handy information:
Kangaroo Island is deceptively large. We cover quite a few KM’s during these 2 days however we have
structured this tour to never spend more than 45 min in the bus in 1 session.

atmosphere, it’s the perfect place for your tour group to take a break, cool off with a swim, and soak in
the charm of this coastal paradise.
What sets Stokes Bay apart is its natural swimming area, a haven for beachgoers looking for calm,
protected waters. The sandy beach leads to a sheltered lagoon formed by a rocky reef, offering a safe
environment for swimmers of all abilities.
Look out for the many Dolphin pods that frequent the bay, and if you’re lucky they might pay us a visit.
Climb back on the bus and head to our overnight stay.

perfect spot to grab a bite to eat, with plenty of dining options available (at your own cost), Take a
moment to stroll around the picturesque town, enjoy the views, or explore the nearby beach. As we
board the ferry for the journey back to Adelaide, you'll leave with lasting memories of your
unforgettable Kangaroo Island Wildlife Adventure.
Arrive in Adelaide
Hop back on the ferry and return to Adelaide at approximately 10pm.
